I'm Mr Anwar, a qualified teacher with secondary-school teaching experience, including extensive periods teaching Mathematics.
I created Anwar Academy to provide students with the individual attention and structured support that isn't always possible in a busy classroom.
My approach focuses on understanding why a student is struggling — not simply giving them more questions to complete. Clear explanations, modelling, guided practice, questioning and regular assessment are used to strengthen mathematical foundations and build independence.

Yes. Tuition can support students studying either Foundation or Higher tier, with lessons adapted to their current level and goals.
Which exam boards do you support?
Tuition can be adapted to the student's GCSE specification, including the major UK exam boards.
How are lessons delivered?
Lessons take place online on a 1-to-1 basis, allowing students to learn from home while receiving individual teacher support.
